CEO pay is out of control. Why not spread those 200 million and give raises or bonuses to employees?

This Bob Nardelli sounds great and I have a real estate deal for him. He has 210 million that he can spend for a down payment on some land. I suggest Bob purchase French Guiana from France ( French Guiana: CIA World Factbook and French Guiana: Wikipedia).

French Guiana is the only country in Latin American that has NOT been brutalized, oppressed, raped, clawed over, and victimized by bloodsucking U.S Capitalist Gangsters and their lackeys, and subject to US hegemony by perpetually overthrowing its government. This has been left to the French for all these long years and this sad state of affairs must be brought to a fitting end. Citing the Monroe Doctrine, Bob should swindle the effeminate French out of one of their last colonial holdings and give it over to American multinational corporations for proper use, abuse, and eventual disposal into the dustbin of History.
