Moral of the story.... don't play on f$%#ing Everest. If you win and try to cash out they won't let you and ask for all sorts of "personal information".... please find somewhere else to play than Everest

It will be very hard to get RB if you have an account already. If its a new acc, its pretty easy.

Everest is a good place to play at with tons of fish, and if you cash out big, you have to send in ID, but thats pretty standard.

actually these bastads want a copy of a utility bill and a screenshot of the Neteller Account with the EVerest Account,
copy of both sides of a credit card.... F$#@ing ridiculous !!! (They had no problem taking my deposit and giving my original deposit back, but when it came time to pay the winnings they started wanting all this STUFF !!!)

Never had any problems cashing out on everest poker. It was never more than $1000 though.

If you want to become a preferred member on any site, or withdraw large amounts, you are often asked to send in these information. this is not something new.

Will this be a problem on party?
I currently have a big part of my roll there to clear these great party bonuses.

Depends.

If you want to higher your limits, and CC limits on party, you have to scan in the information they request.

Dont know if they do random checks though, but it might happen

Hm, i was looking for everest rakeback but i couldnt find it, it looks like its not possible. There is several discussion about it at 2p2 with no results.
