Need odds of a tie in a quarter to calculate value of middle

I'm seeing some potential middles on the games today revolving around taking 1/2 point on one team and a PK on the other. It seems to me that the chances of a tie in a particular quarter must be quite high. Does anyone know a source for historical data on the percentage of quarters than end +0, +3, +7 or other numbers? I've got data for complete games, but not for quarters.
