Dammit, who locked bourne's downswing post? I just typed up a big reply to it and tried to post but it was locked. [/ QUOTE ] Yeah I guess it should have been locked, although I was genuinly wondering how bad I am running, and most graph posts in bbv get glanced over. Honestly I feel as though I am a better player then 1.7PTBB/100, and my past history would suggest that as well. I guess with te beats I have been taking it's hard to imagine a scenerio where I could be running 5PTBB+. I know 30k hands isn't a huge sample, but it's also not insignificant. Anyway, here is what I posted. Down about 10 buy ins in equity from all in situations this month. |

[/ QUOTE ] Not sure if this is directed at me or not. Perhaps I phrased my post wrong. Regardless, I am not asking what is a good winrate. I am asking how standard running like this is. I have been playing for 3 years consistently and have obviously been through swings like this before, however this was pre PokerEV so I have no idea exactly how bad they were. |

Re: **Official uNL Microbrew thread: September**
does this make any sense at all...
looking over PT, i lose the most against maniacs and win the most against tight players another 3 buyins gone to 50/40s who spew them to every other player at the table...i dont veen try to outplay them, its usually this (im not saying its a bad beat im saying that its usually the end result...this is the one that made me tiltquit my session just now...) Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter) SB: $11.35 Hero (BB): $37.05 UTG: $25.00 MP: $40.05 CO: $25.00 BTN: $10.60 Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players) UTG raises to $1.00, 4 folds, Hero raises to $3.50, UTG calls $2.50 Flop: ($7.10) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players) Hero bets $5.00, UTG raises all-in to $21.50, Hero calls $16.50 Turn: ($50.10) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In) River: ($50.10) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In) Pot Size: $50.10 ($2.45 Rake) UTG had 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a straight, Ace to Five) and WON (+$22.65) Hero had K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (a pair of Kings) and LOST (-$25.00) |

So I kinda gave up on building my $126ish roll on FTP into anything by playing tourneys, and think I'm going to start shortstacking and see how far up I get.

One mega donk will take me for like 2-3 buy ins. But then another one will give it back. I have huge variance against these guys and it seems I do consistantly well against the multitabling regs. |
