As far as the comment about playing under 25nl. Think about this there are some people myself included until just here recently were losing online players. I have played live a lot and always had winning months, but that didn't happen playing online. I am just now at a point where I am playing winning poker and having consistently winning sessions. I am building a foundation so when I move up I can play a game I am comfortable with that I know works because I have 20k hands using it. I used to buy in play 5/10 limit and go broke and just redeposit. I dont want to do that anymore, if it takes me a little longer thats ok with me.

Hey guys, I set up a FTP account w/ RB last month, I was wondering if anyone here could tell me if when they deposited money it show up in the transactions history or whatever, or if my account would randomly be bigger. Also do they deduct my bonus that's been released thus far this month from my RB last month, or do I get all that, and new deductions from my RB next month? Yeah, I know this should be in the RB forum, but I was already here and I like you guys better

When you get your rb payment depends on your affiliate. Usually you get it as a player-player transfer within the first two weeks of the following month. The bonus is deducted from the rake that you produce, not the rakeback. So while you release a bonus, you get less RB, but RB+bonus are still more than RB alone. E.g. you generate $500 rake. Usually you would get 500*0.27=135 RB. When you released a $200 bonus, you will get the $200 plus (500-200)*0.27=81 in RB, i.e. $281. I made these figures up. I don't know how much rake you have to produce to release a $200 bonus. But you get the idea, I hope.

at least 2 weeks. Mine is more like 3 weeks usually.

Well I took most of the week off I played 666 hands yesterday and won some money. This guy sucked out on me and then made comments about how bad my play was later I busted him and he left and went to a 5nl table, I followed him taking a shot and I got to bust him there so had a pretty good day. I am about to take another shot at 5nl buying in for the $5 and not the $10 yet.

August was a really bad month, lost 5 buy-ins over 30k hands. Cashed out on Stars to clear the $100 reload bonus at Empire Poker, which needs only 1000 raked hands.

I forgot how INCREDIBLY bad the players at Party were. They suck SO much, it is very, very hard to make bad decisions. ABC poker = $$$.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $30.49
BB: $23.60
UTG: $25.52
Hero (BTN): $25.57

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG raises to $1.00, Hero calls $1.00, 2 folds

Flop: ($2.35) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG bets all-in for $24.52, Hero calls $24.52

Turn: ($51.39) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

River: ($51.39) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $51.39 ($2 Rake)

UTG had K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a full house, Kings full of Aces) and LOST (-$25.52)
Hero had A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a full house, Aces full of Kings) and WON (+$23.87)

And 2 orbits later, same villain:

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $31.17
BB: $21.40
UTG: $23.30
Hero (CO): $50.34
BTN: $18.46

Preflop: Hero is dealt 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG raises to $1.00, Hero calls $1.00, BTN calls $1.00, 2 folds

Flop: ($3.35) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
UTG bets $2.25, Hero raises to $9.00, BTN folds, UTG raises all-in to $22.30, Hero calls $13.30

Turn: ($47.95) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

River: ($47.95) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $47.95 ($2 Rake)

UTG had K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a pair of Kings) and LOST (-$23.30)
Hero had 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (three of a kind, Eights) and WON (+$22.65)

15 (!) buy-ins up in the last 3k hands, i can't believe it. $100 bonus cleared as well.

Tough decision: clear the $125 reload at stars or stay at Party/Empire?

i know you dont care about tourney players, but a very well known online mtt player, annette_15 (who is only 19 and considered one of the best mtt players in the world, and the best female player), is HU in the WSOPE main event, first prize 1 million pounds, and the first person under age 21 to win a WSOP bracelet...would be a sick accomplishment indeed
