B and C are the correct answers (not leveling). just because a person turns down a +ev gamble doesn't mean he/she is irrational.

Uhhh

a) You are irrational
b) You are risk-loving
c) You are risk-averse
d) You are risk-neutral.

You turn down the bet b/c you are risk loving and risk averse? How can b&c be correct.

I'm assuming(?) not all the questions were this easy. Sometimes lecturers set a few easy questions so people don't feel like dropkicks.

2) Refer to the previous question. Suppose you turn down the gamble I offer you. From this, I can conclude that
a) You are irrational
b) You are risk-loving
c) You are risk-averse
d) You are risk-neutral.

[/ QUOTE ]

You can't conclude any of that because someone turned the bet down.

Let's say Aba and Sammy where in the middle of thier heads up match, and I walked up with a deck of cards and inturpted them with this bet proposition.

Which option is the reason they tell me to [censored] off?
