This played out exactly the way it should have. You made a good sized raise, have to call the extra 12 bucks on the all in. Only thing I can suggest is maybe value betting the river with the other player checking down. He's betting two pair or better and you likely have him beat most times, may as well extract $10 out of the pot.

i don't think you played it bad, when i first saw the op i wwas gonna say raise and fold to a utg shove (or BB shove) but didnt' see he's so short. i don't blame the call but folding flop ok too.

when utg calls behind bb's donk he's strong a fair amount of the time, the problem is he's short and may shove worse but also is repping strength with his shove soooo one of those ones...
