Default NL100, super-standard spot with TPTK

Villain is a 23/18/2 reg, had some pre-flop re-raising wars with him but this is the first time he calls my raise in this session.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

BB: $150.88
UTG: $151.13
Hero (MP): $128.11
CO: $282.04
BTN: $102.68

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $4.00</font>, CO calls $4.00, 3 folds

Flop: ($9.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Turn: ($23.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero ?

Really standard spot, but I never feel too confident about what to do here.

What's our line here and what's the plan for the river ?

Bet out $15 and fold to a raise.

Bet $15/ fold to a raise and check river with the intention of calling a bet unless another heart comes off.
