Common Simple Multi Tabling Software?

I have read the FAQ and list of internet software but there are so many options. I was wondering what the most common one used is, and which sites are reputable if anyone has time to respond.

Often on this site players are referred to as 30/10 etc, to be able to understand the posts better I would like to be able to not only understand exactly what they are referring to but have a similar program running myself.

If anyone has any spare time to help a newbie and can post here it would be much appreciated.
