Raise needs to be at least 300-350 preflop with that many limpers, which makes me think a shove is just as good.

Agreed I would just shove preflop, 225 or 15% of your stack already in there but I don't think raising is bad either.

Pot is 250
Hero has 1410 after posting the BB.

250/1410= 17,7%

AK is the perfect hand for a shove in this situation. It's still early and we don't want to get involved in big pots. We have massive FE here and a good hand if called.

I don't like the limp here! We want to do anything possible to add this 250 chips to our stack at best without seeing a flop!!! These are nearly 20%!!!! of our stack!!

I prefer a push pre, as BicVic said
t275 preflop is better than a check, I think

I bet t400 on the flop and fold to a push..

I think raise is the worst option.
I agree that a push is good, will add 20% of stack and is crushing villains ranges if called.
But the raise is just spew, as played hero lost 1/3 of stack.

So we should not build a pot with one of the best hands PF?
I`m a bit confused now..We should check because we are in a bad position?
