Default 5/10 NL live who double barrells here?

Foxwoods 5/10, 10-handed.

This one is heavily read-dependent, but I am curious what people have to say. Villain 1 is loose and aggressive preflop but is more loose and passive postflop. He can occasionally get tricky, but he has a lot of respect for my game so may be a little too scared to do anything funky with me in the pot. Villain 2 is pretty inexperienced so can play hands in weird and bad ways.

Effective stacks 2000.

I am in EP with 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Preflop
Villain 1 raises UTG to 60, I call, Villain 2 calls from BB.

Flop (185): K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Both villains check. I figure villain 1 would bet if he caught a piece of the flop, so since he didn't bet I figured I had a good chance at stealing it. I bet 150, and to my surprise both villains call.

Turn (635): 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Both villains check to me, and I bet 450. It seemed like a good turn card for me and I sensed weakness, so I went for it. But is it too risky to be betting into two people who called the flop here? Villain 2 calls and villain 1 folds.

River (1275): 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Villain 2 checks. I gotta check here, right?

That 9 isn't much of a scare card for whatever both villains called you with.

I can't think of a time I two barrel bluffed two villains.

On the river, I'm going to give up most the time. It's not a good board to put him on a MP that he'll c/c two streets with and I don't really like trying to get someone to ever fold TP without a real good read. If he didn't have those two hands, his FD got there.

I think tripple barrel here (and double barrel) is just trying to hard to win a pot.

It isn't exactly a bluff though. There is a decent chance that one villain will call with a draw and the other one will fold a better hand than mine. I know the 9 isn't a scare card, but in games like this, people will often call weak on the flop but then fold the turn when the betting gets serious. That said, I agree that I may have been pushing things too far.

Seems like the only hand you are beating is 76h/75h/65h (chasing a gutter on the flop and turning a FD) or a retarded AJ/AQ type hand. But thats just retarded.....

More likely he has a weaker K (KT/KJ) and is playing for a medium pot.

I really hate the flop and turn unless both players are super-passive.

Agreed. Also check river. Betting it is burning money because it's pretty hard for you to credibly represent a flush after you bet twice with position against two players.

the problem with double barreling here is it never works unless u r deep enough to triple barrel: and if u r deep enough to triple barrel u gotta know enough about ur opponents and ur image for it to work occasionally, cause this double barrel NEVER works

IMO shoving is only option for a bluff on this riv. I might push here unless he's bad enough to c/c whole way on a flush draw and check riv when hitting.
