Yes, but that is: Having equal rights under the law, as God has endowed all humans with the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

It doesn't mean all men are created with the exact same abilities, attributes, or likes or dislikes. When we look around we can see that that is clearly not the case.
