I dont think so. Conservatively spleaking, his 3bet preflop suggests he holds AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT, AK, AQ.
4 of those hands you are ahead of and 3 behind.
So we raise for value.
I dont see him folding KK, QQ, JJ to a raise from you as you suggest. He might fold a small to mid pocket pair but his preflop 3 bet suggests he doesn't hold one of these.
