Default TPGK Turn line check. 50max - Party

Villain fires turn when checked to often. His stats are 30/17.5/1.9 with a turn AF of 3. Previously, He has called my cbet with bottom pair and turned trips, I check he fires 3/4 pot. I call. We get it all in on river and i lost With TPTK .

I'm looking for best decision on the turn here. Originally i thought c/r ai on turn is best but then i thought c/c has a ton of merit.

Why is one better then the other?

c/c, let him bluff. It's a dry board, so very few draws to protect against. WA/WB spot
