Default Ooops.

He's four tabling. I was %80/20 raising the flop, but didn't want to lose AK/AQ action. Obv in hindsight, I should've, as I do 80% of the time, but it didn't feel right. I thought TT/JJ as he checked the turn, and didn't want to get check raised committed there. Can I beat anything on the river? Underrepped, easy 2 to 1 call? Case of out thinking myself? The title says it all.

Flop call is fine. A flop raise would be rather bad. You're not scared of anything, really, and you let him make more mistakes with some of his range on the turn. With the highest end of his range you're going to end up getting it all in anyway.

Please bet the turn. I have no idea why you're checking behind here. 2/3 pot works fine. Because you didn't bet the turn, you can't really play for stacks on the turn. Easy call, though.

Raise the flop and watch as AA-JJ give you their money. If you want to flat the flop then OPEN SHOVE THE TURN. You are playing this too slow.

I think you might even have to fold this river which is a travesty.

Preflop is a pretty loose call also.

I think PF is okay, given that we're 1/8.5 to hit a set on the flop (for implied odds), though as a rule, I try to get 1/10 on implied odds to account for the fact that villian could easily have AK and miss, is a good hand-reader and will not stack off with AA in this kind of situation, etc.

Edit: Btw, flop call is fine, but you have to bet the turn. If I bet, it'll be like 25-30.
