Warning: I don't have much experience playing STT's but:

I think a bet of 60 or 90 on the flop will fold a lot of hands that might outdraw you, and win you the 150 pot. If they don't have a K or high pair (which they didn't raise preflop) you're likely to take it down there as that K could very easily have hit you. If they call, absent any reads, I would checkfold the turn. Any hint of weakness, give the turn another 1/2 pot bet.

I'll just limp or fold AQo here pre. As played, when you raise pre and get HU I would cbet close too 100% of flops. Turn is a fold.

I like pf and cbet 110 on the flop. That King is a good card for that.

AQ sucks PF in early levels of a SNG. I just don't think is +EV in any situation. There is such a mix of regualars and idiots, you just don't know. If you multi-table, it's not worth the effort. Just fold.

100% cbet this flop. as played obv must fold but a cbet on the flop will usually take it. This early in an sng i'd be limping in with AQo...

Yeah, AMT pointed it out perfectly why and how to play AQ early in a SNG!!!

I play 12 tables and probably will start to play 16 very soon and I would still play AQ like AMT mentioned in his article. Please come back with more detailed arguments to verify your statements, otherwise please stop to give this kind of ungrounded advice .
