Granted, they are less frequent than what Webster is talking about, especially since w/o stats/history, we have to assume that this isn't a tard that is going to be calling w/ QT. fold pre as already mentioned.
I agree that you should play very tight early in a SNG but my results would definetively be much, much worse if I would follow websters adive!!!

I think you can play AQ, but with caution.
You get often paid by AJ- if or JJ- if you flop TP even in 16's in my experience. Just fold it to a reraise.
