Starting Smart Buddy right now it says there's an update available. It looks like it downloaded all the files, however once it gets to either the extracting or installing process, it hangs at the file guiobserver.dll and says the update failed. [/ QUOTE ] Happened to me too. Just remove the program and re-install. Worked here.

[/ QUOTE ] The buddylist file is located at C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\Local Settings\Application Data\Poker Pro Labs\Smart Buddy One of the items fixed in the new release is that is saves the buddy list every time you add or edit and not just when you exit.

There is an issue with the updater. You will need to download and install the new version. We have fixed the issue but cant update it [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] .

I have not had any buddies visible on my FTP list for several hours. I have 120 buddies and know that some are online.
I downloaded again about 7 hours ago and it was working fine. Any help appreciated.
