Default 5/10 NL live I want to make a huge call

Foxwoods 5/10, 10-handed.

I haven't played with villain for very long, but he has a big stack and seems to be unafraid to make big moves and be tricky. In one hand I saw him make a very thin value bet on the river (people rarely do this live) and it paid off. Villain probably perceives me as a tight, thinking player.

I have 2500, villain covers.

I am in MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Preflop
Two limpers and I raise to 75 in MP. Villain calls from the cutoff and everyone else folds.

Flop (175): J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
I bet 100 and villain calls.

Turn (375): 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
I bet 300 and villain calls. Not sure if I should be firing this bullet on a board like this but I was just being stubborn.

River (975): A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
I think for a little bit and decide to check. Villain thinks for just a little while and pushes 1000 in the middle. This bet amount could definitely mean bluff but it could also mean monster hand getting greedy against a perceived very strong hand. I guess this comes down to considering my pot odds and looking at his range. I think the fact that I hold Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] is key here.

If I am betting the turn here against this player, I am probably betting this river card as well. I really don't care to have to make a thin call here which will be needed given that he is capable of it. It would seem much more hardpressed for him to raise our river bet light rather then making a light bet himself.

so either he thinks he's value betting kk/qq, or turning them into bluffs? or bluffing with 9T/air.. i guess? idk it looks like he's got a hand or is making a very ballsy bluff i prolly fold.

what's his range for cc'ing the three bet pf, that seems kind of scary yet you fired two shells what's up with that?

holding Q-xc is almost irrelevant

also, he prob has you beat, only JQ and JK and maybe J9 and Q9/89 are in his range that you beat and these can be discounted due to his play.

Your flop bet is too small, make it 150. The turnbet isn't too bad. On the river b/f or c/f. Probably c/f because most of his possible draws hit and he is unlikely to hold a small/medium pp.
