Default NL50 - AQ, TPTK againt what looks like an overpair.

Villain is 15/15/16 over 53 hands.
Ugh. I need to be more aggressive. Thoughts on all streets? Is the way I played it just awful?

It's ugly to fold the river after calling the flop and turn. Nothing really changed in the hand after the flop.

I would reraise the flop, try to figure out where your hand is.

3bet preflop helps in this situation. If your not used to this, this is something you should work on.

You have to find a spot to raise and try to take control of this hand. You have position. Easiest way is to 3bet preflop and make your decisions based on UTG. You would fold to a 4bet.

As played, raise the flop to gain control and price out any flush draws, and make an overpair come to life. If called, you can fold to a turn bet, or check behind for pot control.

As you played it folding the river is mandatory.

Three bet preflop is a great option considering villain is going to be aggro postflop regardless, 3betting cuts down his range a lot. I would raise that flop though, he could have flush draw here. As played river is a fold though.

Re-raise preflop, this will define Villians hand better, Making hand easier to play. As played, call.

In this situation, what does the 16 mean in his stats?
