Might seem weak, but I just fold on the flop unless I knew villain's small bet = weak, in which case I pop him on the flop.

You need to think about why you bet in certain situations. What is it that you were hoping to accomplish by betting the turn?

I feel like in this situation if you are going to call the flop you need to check back that turn, maybe call the river maybe not but i would lean towards folding
