Cashout problem at SIA

Okay support from SIA used to respond to my emails but now they owed me $1.3k and they have stopped responding.

"I have supplied all documents you requested for my cashout by NETeller but I never received a cent. Would you please check on that and let me know if you have received anything at all?

Cashout requested on 29 SEPT and today is 20 OCT."

I thought they're legit, does anyone else have similar experience?

standard, yes this is unfort standard with them at times. They are slow at responding and have stalled at times.

I withdrew $1.1K this week and it took less than 24 hours.
