Default Need a book to read

This is probably the absolute worst place to post this, but given this is my home here at 2+2 I'm not about to post this anywhere else. I just finished a book and need a new one to read. It should preferably be a good one. Much love.

Non-fiction: Super Crunchers.
Fiction: Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay (the Showtime show based on this sort of sucks but the book and the sequel are both v good)

I was disappointed by the relative lack of dirty stuff in this book

Dune + all it's sequels. you can skip the stuff Frank Herbert's son wrote, but the 6 novels that Frank did are some of the most interesting fiction ever.

I'll also second House of Leaves. ridiculously good writing.

and American Tabloid and The Cold Six Thousand, both by James Ellroy.
