Default Bad beat tilt versus dumb decision tilt

I've being trying to analyze when, why, how, etc. I tilt and have realized that I rarely do when I suffer a bad beat, but just go into self-hatred mode (exaggeration, but not that much) if I make a dumb decision that costs me a lot.

I haven't seen much discussion on the distinction between these two. Have others had this problem? When the overall goal is to make good decisions, not win pots per se, how do you shrug it off when you do knowingly make a stupid decision?
