RB offers for short-handed limit (mid-high volume)
i play a decent amount of short-handed limit, usually generating around 4-5k MGR a month. i've looked at stars, full tilt, and absolute, but there are problems with them (don't really want to start stars mid-year, full tilt deducts everything from rb, absolute apparently just sucks).
what sites have the best rb/bonus combos for a sh limit player? also, are there sites that offer special rates for high volume players? i used to see this more often, but now it seems like most sites just offer one rate for everyone. feel free to PM if you're unable to post special rates. thanks edited to add: i'm canadian so no worries about that

Your best bet is to go with Full Tilt becuase it is based on the dealt method of rake. They also offer one of the higher initial sign up bonus 100% up to $600. The max allowed in rakeback is 27%.

OnGame does not allow rakeback. The closest thing you can get for OnGame is the bonus loyalty program that Hollywood Poker offers.
