25NL: How's this shove w/ 88 vs. shorties?

MP, the original raiser, is 35/14/.8 over 80 hands.
CO is 26/18/.6 over 45.

Basically just wondering if this shove is +EV against two virtual randoms. No reads (not paying attention, too many tables, etc.)

Bad play. 88 is not that great of a hand. There are 6 pocket pairs that you are a favorite against(2-7) and 6 pocket pairs you are way behind (9-A). The villains will most likely have at least one overcard if they dont have a pocket pair, and since there's two callers..... you are screwed.

In my experience, unless they push pre-flop all the time, players with shorter stacks who push like that often has a monster (AA-KK), or a hand they know is good but dont know how to play well(QQ-TT).
Sure, he could be a loose cannon pushing A5, but it's seems quite unlikely given we don't know very much about him. Low post-flop aggression factor speaks agains him being a loose cannon too.

So, I think you have to give him credit for some kind of hand, its a steep re-raise (10 x MP-raise), and I think that it is quit unlikely that he would make such a move with a pair lower than 88 or an Ax hand (x=lower than 8), so you are either just slightly ahead (if he has AK-A9) or way behind (if he has KK-99). Plus the apparent risk of the original raiser calling.

I'd fold.
