Kernel of knowledge: the top TP roll (PSA)
Gentlemen,
I work in an office full of savages who evidently have not learned how to dispense TP from the top roll after the bottom roll has been depleted. By mid-afternoon the sanctuary is littered with hastily torn scraps of bumfodder. Here's a tried and true method for dispensing the product from the top roll:
Slide a finger beneath the roll, lifting it slightly above the empty bottom one. Use your other hand to pull and tear the TP. You should have no problem getting what you need, and you won't make the place look like the aftermath of some skatological ticker tape parade.
