Changing your raise size when you have AA is a good way to get stacked. Even dense players at 25NL will notice you've bet differently this time.

Make your standard raise, if they all fold, they all fold.

Bet flop, bet turn, bet river. It's 25NL, slow play isn't needed. People will call you down with crap.
