Before I go all homer on you, first let me say that

--Pittsburgh was the first team to pop in my head when I read the title.

--I'm shocked that everyone likes the Lions and hates the Browns.

--OK, can't hold back the homer rant any more:

Aesthetically, sure, the old Pats uniforms beat the new ones.

But do you remember why they changed their look in the first place? It was one of Bill Parcells' first moves when he took over. He wanted to sever ties with the franchise's pathetic past. Turn the page.

I think it's working.

Yeah, I still get a kick out of seeing an old-school fan wearing his red Steve Nelson or Steve Grogan jersey (and I always wonder why John Hannah's 73 never caught on)...

...but if I ever I see Tom Brady dressed as Tony Eason, I may not be able to handle it.
