You need to ask yourself what you are representing with a turn c/r semi-bluff. If the turn is a low card putting a 2flush on the board, you are often repping a semi-bluff, which is not good. If its an offsuit overcard to the board giving you 2overs +oesd type of draw, you will much more credibly rep a made hand.
