Default 200 NL JJ facing CR

Villain is 15/8/1.5 over 1000 hands. I'm about 23/19 for this session, what is the best line to take in this spot?

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $207
JFsports: $268.55
CO: $73
Button: $217.60
SB: $107.10
BB: $219.25

Pre-flop: (6 players) JFsports is UTG+1 with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">JFsports raises to $7</font>, 3 folds, BB calls.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($15, 2 players)
BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">JFsports bets $12</font>, <font color="#cc0000">BB raises to $48</font>

Do you have history with villain, ie, have you been C-betting him alot and could this be him playing back at you? Without history, raising here is out of the question. I call and reevaluate on the turn.

No real history, and I haven't been getting out of line.
