One thing that no one has seemed to mention is that Mystery, while being very good, is almost certainly not "the best pickup artist in the world." He is just a kid that used to play DnD, got frustrated at being a virgin and introverted, and decided to "fake it until he made it."

I'm not trying to knock on him to make myself feel better like other guys, and I respect his work. But you are definitely buying into his frame when you call him "the best in the world." He gets alot of attention and a fair amount of money doing seminars because of this tag-line he has invented for himself and that others seem to back. This tag-line feeds his image and his ego.

The truth is there are many cool guys in the world and they have skills near Mystery's level. Whether there are people that surpass him, I don't know and don't really care.

Really enjoyed the first 2 episodes. Too much reality show stuff though, not enough mystery advice and field testing.

I've seen mystery before and always thought he had good charima and a natural presence. I'm surprised some people disagree, but I honestly think it's just inherent bias.

Pradeep is a tool, joe d is a pimp, the others are all very bleh. The blonde joe and brady may end up doing well, the others will have to work alot harder.

Will definitely watch this season out, it's alot of fun.

I have good info from a friend who works at VH1...the show is def staged, the "club" scenes are not authentic and are filled with movie extras.

I am loving this show. It is satisfying to both watch the nerds crash and burn AND succeed.

I agree that Pradeep is a big tool. His problem is that he thinks he's smarter than everybody and then over-thinks/over-analyzes/over-plans.
