Radical Idea:
Go to the poker site you want to play on.
Go to the cashier page.
Check the deposit options.
See which deposit option works best for you.

[/ QUOTE ]

This kind of reply is why there are so few useful posts in this forum. Obviously anyone can look at the list of deposit & cash-out options, but that tells you nothing about how long they typically take, the fees, how reputable that method is, the pros & cons of the various methods, and any other gotchas that you won't be aware of until you actually use them.

long they typically take--this is usually spelled out in the terms on the cashier page.
fees--this is usually spelled out in the terms on the cashier page, or by the terms of the deposit method
how reputable that method is -- reputable sites usually have reputable deposit methods
the pros & cons of the various methods -- the pros & cons of any method usually vary by the individual and the various needs of that person. Kind of like trying to tell someone what the one 'best' car is.
any other gotchas that you won't be aware of until you actually use them --gotchas like that are usually dependent on the particular set of circumstances, would be kind of hard to list all the trouble someone "could" get into.

It would be practically impossible to list all the methods, all the various conditions, for all sites.

A query of where can I play and how? is a pretty stupid question.

A question of I want to play on site XXX, thinking of using deposit method YYY, do I have to worry about ZZZ? -- can probably be answered quite specifically with good advice.

Having a collection of correct & concise information would be very useful to everyone trying to get money in & out.

Who is going to collect, check and verify this correct and concise information?

If you are volunteering, let me know when your post is posted and I'll be very happy to link to it.

Until then, reading the dozens of threads of varying comments and forming your own opinions is the best way to proceed, (unless you go the different sites for horses' mouths information, as cc is proposing).

Hey!

Walmart! Must be one of biggest facilitators of online poker funding deposits areound today, and its as simple as buying a gift card, almost. Just go to Walmart during off hours when they aren't too crowded and send Moneygram or Western Union to the name and address provided by your favorite site's cashier. By the time you get home, the money will be in your account, within the hour.

What could be easier or safer?
