Default Interesting AA hand - decisions on all streets

$100 on-line tourney - 500 runners

starting stack is 2500 - 2nd level - blinds 15/30

i've raised a few times pre-flop, hoping to pick up pots one way or anther. it's not been going well - i'm down to 1900.

i'm multi-tabling so not paying enough attention, i haven't noticed villain, but he's got 3000 now.

hero is utg with A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

hero raises to 90
MP1 calls
others fold

flop 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
pot is 225

hero bets 100
MP1 calls

turn 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
pot is 425

hero checks
MP1 checks

river K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
pot is 425

hero bets 300
MP1 raises to 600

hero ??

i have 1410
he has 2510
pot is 1325 and it's 300 to call

comments on all streets please, and details of how paying attention can improve your game

I think your line is fine up until this point, but bet the turn.

You have to call river, you are getting huge odds, and some morons do this with busted flush draws, or kings.

I don't think he's considering folding.

I'm usually a nit and miss value on the river, but I think a case can be made for raising OR calling.

Any hand with the K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] seems like villain's likeliest holding.

I suggested OP post this. The river issue is whether to raise. No one folds here.

Edit: well, no one sane folds in this particular MTT.

he may have K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], it certainly crossed my mind, but is it very likely? what's his other card?

i think this is where paying attention might have helped. i might have got an idea of what he may be calling with in mp to an ep 3x raise - AKo? KQo? K10o? K2s? maybe none of those if he's any good

Hm... I don't really hate taking him to value town. But I think I just call here, because I don't like variance.

surely on overbet makes it too easy for him to fold - my hand's too good for that no?

my hope was that he'd read me as weak (2 high cards - no spade for example) and raise, at which point i can re-raise all-in. Obviously this didn't happen but i thought it was a good plan.

i know you're good but i think u may be oversimplifying here (perhaps that's what makes you good). If you can explain your thinking i'd be grateful

agreed. something close to a PSB seems decent here.
