Smaller Prima/Microgaming poker skins?

I've been playing on MG sites for a while now. I used to be with bet365, but I changed to elsewhere for rakeback. Lately I've been looking at the skin I've ended up on and wondering who the [censored] they are. They don't seem to be listed on MG site as a skin, and they don't provide much information about themselves on their website.

Is there cause for concern here? Do they even have money of mine, or does MG have all of it?

So far I haven't had any problems with them. All withdrawals have gone through, usually taking 3-4 days (sometimes up to a week).
