It worked for now. Trust me the way he is caring on tapoutville will be inevitable. What normal 18 year old could get into severe debt and get a moment of clarity before they learned how to win? This story will have a sad end to it before it's all written and done.......

"Berkowitz won a hand worth $300 in front of CBS 3’s cameras in about 20 seconds. "

well, based on that obviously sustainable winrate, he is making
360k/hr
$2,880,000 / day
$67M a month ('working' 5 days a week)
$760M a year.

No wonder he feels like every day is christmas.

Soss, the pot was worth $300. So it's quite likely part of that was his money. So it's more like $400M a year.

Jordan Berkowitz is one of the biggest tools on the face of the earth.

He was a gigantic tool when he played Magic, he's an even bigger tool now. Just ask ZJ.

[/ QUOTE ]

He's apparently been called "America's Greatest Online Poker Player"

He's got an $85k BMW, but he can't afford a monitor that can do 1600 x 1200? I'll lay even money that he's broke in 12 mos.

“It was bad, but it was all worth it in the end, but I wouldn't recommend it 'cause not everyone's going to win the World Online Championship in poker ,” he said. “Not everyone's going to win a million dollars in a few months, you know.”

Isn't that the title Bill Fillmaff holds?

From the article:
[ QUOTE ]
Know When to Walk Away
With a wide-screen wireless Toshiba laptop tucked under his arm, Jordan wanders the house like a diviner in search of water—only he's seeking the source of his good luck. Sometimes he "feels it" in his mom's study, a room garishly decorated in tiger-themed paintings, leopard-skin-pattern candles and stuffed giraffes. Sometimes the vibe radiates from the casino room, a rec area furnished with a homemade blackjack table and stacks of ebony casino chips. Today he's getting signals from the living room.

[/ QUOTE ]

I got dizzy tring to count up all the things wrong with that paragraph.
