Do we have FE pre-flop? If UTG really is the King of Rocks and has, say, TT, doesn't he fold to our shove? If 2 BB help us, then the 5 BB's in pot help us a lot more, right?

If we call, then shove if we see a 9 or no paint, do we know he calls? Suppose it comes q93 and we shove, do we know our 1/8 chance of doubling up actually lets us double up? Or will he just check his hypothetical AK down?
