It's perfectly reasonable why he doesn't want to send first to you. It's both your registration date (14 days) and low post count. Doesn't make him a scammer because he would probably send first to teddyFBI.

I understand the need to protect yourself. But this guy was completely unreasonable with me and wasted a good chunk of my time. I sent him a ss of my account balance at stars, gave him the names of both of my playing accounts at ftp and stars. Even gave him my real first name and email address. Yet he still did not feel comfortable. I'd consider adding this guy to the scammer list if his account was not so old.

It's true that I decided at the last minute to do not trade with you. And I'm sry that you lost your time. But you didnt accept to sit at a pokerstars table and show me that you had $5K in your account. Furthermore, you only had a 2weeks old account with low posting count. And the player you gave me as a reference "metnut" also had a new account. And about that screenshot of your pokerstars account that you were suppose to send me, we all know how easy it is to modify even with the most basic software like microsoft paint. So it's totaly legitimate that I wouldnt trust that for $5K.

And since I already got scammed once I'm being more careful...

In fact, last time that I did make a trade here was with teddyFBI and I sent first without asking too many questions. Everything went fine.
