Moving up in Stakes
I started out playing .50 / $1.00 limit poker. Moved to 1-2 and now to 2-4. I've built my bank roll from 300 in my account to $1675.00 in 3 months of play. I do not have poker track and heard that the higher in stakes I go the more helpful it will be. I would say I play on average of 3000 hands per week. Am I an idiot for not having poker tracker and appling the stats to my play? If my win rate is close to 1.75BB per 100 hands what kind of an increase could I expect?

Re: Moving up in Stakes
I don't know mathmatically how much more per hour you could expect to make, but you should definately get Poker Tracker. Poker is all about making proper decisions based on the information available to you, and PT will give you much more information. Sure, most of this information you can pick up yourself anyway by being observant, but if you are playing multiple tables your going to be paying much less attention to each individual table. With Poker Tracker and add-ons you can have real time stats overlaid right across your table. Basically, PT will help you track your opponents play in real time, plus give you the ability to study your own play and results.

I can't quantify how amazing PT is, but it is necessary. I can't believe you've gone this long without it. Drop what you're doing now, and get it. And get GT+. And Party Planner. You can find the links to these programs in the article Improving your Multitabling.
