Just as you said, it´s a bluff because even tho you have a made hand, you´re not going to be called by anything you beat.

Taking rake into account, you need him to fold a hand that is better than yours ~53% of the time he has such a hand. (Didn´t do the exact maths.)

Given his stats, you are not going to get there.
