Default Anti-tilt strategys?

I'm in a nightmare. 14 hours -120 Big bets in 2/4 and 3/6.
I have lost 15 of the last 17 power pocket pairs JJ or higher (AA 0-6, KK 0-5).

120 is not a big deal but it coming in 14 hours TO ME IT IS.

I have not tilted for more then a few hands and can still fold AA on the river when I know I'm beat. I have lost to quads 4 times (not SEEN quads but LOST to them).

SO - as you can see I'm worried about the possibility that I COULD become tiltish if this keeps up.

I have been online for 8 years and play 2 hours every day but THIS has never happened this fast!

Any adult players want to help me out?

BTW - if wondering 17%PF 2.00 AGG 2.4BB/100 I'm not great but hold my own in the last 3 years.

Yea why the hell are you logging 14 hour sessions if you usually play 2? Or do you mean in the past 14 hours?

Masterbation/generous help from significant other helps, as do walks outside.

My new thing is placing my hourly rate in bills wedged above the numeric row on my keyboard, it helps me when I go to make emotional decisions, I look at that number and remember thats what I make an hour if I play well, has helped me a bit, Im a tilt monkey though so it isnt hard to help me.

I missed that also! My average session is .8 hours! and this is over the last week. 2 hours a day.

When you think about it getting 17 pocket pairs JJ or higher is pretty amazing and losing 15 of those is pretty awesome.

Then the quad thing!

I've calmed down now!

Check out the Magazine and Mason's article on tilt. It should be mandatory reading and roted to ourselves back in the mirror daily.

I just read Inside the Poker Mind and it has a lot of useful thoughts on the tilt issue. Try reading that.

I agree, everything that improves poker knowledge helps prevent tilt because the better our understanding the less surprises.

If you know how many hours, how many bets, exactly how many times large PP's have lost and how many times you have lost to quads...you are on tilt.

Take a break. It will be fine.

Well - I keep track of such things! It's pretty easy to go back and see anyway. But I get your point.

I'm OK - just had to vent. SO FAR everytime I sit down it's a new start of a new streak.
