Basically, many of the hands that I'm used to calling raises with preflop I am now starting to re-raise with. Is this type of play standard? Is it EV+? Also, although I did not include it, I am making the raiser fold preflop about 70% of the time, and even moreso on the flop (assuming they called).

yes this is good but just don't call raises in HU pots with offsuit connectors.

I'm not sure I like making huge pots with hands like ATs and AJs, being out of position. Especially to an UTG raise. At least I don't think it should be standard with ATs, unless you have specific reads.

This is mostly good. I think the 3bet with KQs against the UTG raiser and the 3bet with ATs in the 3way pot were a bit overzealous though because UTG's range is quite tight and the ATs is easily dominated 3way. 3betting button and CO openers is better than calling usually so yeah, this is mostly good.
