All you people asking about technicalities are idiots. If a consensus of average, unbiased people can look at something and tell it's an advertisement and can tell what it's advertising, then it's probably an ad.

If you've got a problem take it up with Mat S. Or shell out the money and actually buy advertising on the site instead of using a loophole for your personal gain.
