Default AQo NL100, c/r, bf or bc turn?

villain made some remarks about stats so assume he uses pokertracker and is somewhat knowing what he does.
he didnt play all too well though, for ex limped Q9s utg then called my flopbet with a gutshot and an overcard, checked behind turn and made a rather hopeless riverbluff.

how would u play this bet 25 and fold to a push(cant see him pushing worse really, maybe QJ but doubt it).

c/r allin? get owned every time were behind but its drawy so he might bet toppair if i check and then hes commited.

checkfold seems weak but i really dont like the T, twopairs T9 and QT, fills the 78 + he could have Q9 or 66 already. seems very weak folding though.

checkcall sucks because of all the bad rivercards and being OOP.

hmm yeah i guess betfold is good but if we bet 25 and he shoves we need to call about another 48 to win 130 or so...

i think betfold this turn is fine. the pot is ~$30 at the turn, bet ~22 or so, if he shoves easy fold, and i believe if he shoves it's another like...60 ish to call isn't it? b/f is good.
