Default Party - a [censored] service or what?

As if they really needed to prove this, but what is it with party and their inability to provide any reasonable semblance of customer service.

Tonight, a whole table I was on just disappears.

I call them - get put on hold. Wait for 1/2 hour, intermittent (sp?) messages that I can leave a voicemail. Given their history, of course, I prefer to wait for the live person (as if that can be expected to be much better).

Anyways, get tired of waiting, opt for "pressing 1" for voicemail - and whaddya know, but I get a response to the effect that such individual's "mailbox is full". Surprise, surprise!

Apologize for the rant, but how do they stay in business with such [censored] customer service is beyond me. As it is, I still have no idea what happened with the money I had at the table that disappeared - "adonis" - but I'm sure Party will let me know - whenever the [censored] they get around to it.

And of course, their bonus promotion figures are inflexible - so long as you can get on their site, play and keep your money without losing the entire table, why can't you just make the bonus number??

Unreal.

I'm hearing that guy asking about what happened to Paradise loud and clear. Hopefully Party will clean out the [censored] between their ears and do the same.

Guess I should'a expected that from Party [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I'll just wait for an email response - again, not holding my breath.

Really a sad state of affairs. If Stars doesn't take advantage of Party's incompetence they have only themselves to blame. Truly pathetic. Nobody's happy with Party now, and yet they aren't themselves concerned.

Why should they be concerned? Gamblers are the most pathetic of all creatures, they will keep comming back for their "fix" no matter how poorly they are treated.

Same as porn customers and isn't party owned by a porn tycoon?
He has proved that he knows his customers....
