Problem with Computer

Recently my computer began to operate slowly when booting up. One thing I noticed when I shut down is that something called "ccApp" is always shutting down and may be what is the problem.

Know that this isn't much to go on, but has anyone had similar problems - have I picked up some kind of virus?

Sounds like your problem

Summary of that page: If you have Norton it may be resolved with liveupdate. If you don't have Norton you likely have some spyware.
