NFL Regular Season Wins Article Typo
"Example:
You want to bet the Under in the Bengals RSW. Which of these two wagers has better value? Cincinnati Under 9 -130 Cincinnati Under 9.5 +100 By adding 50 cents to Under 9 -130, we see that it is equal to Under 9.5 +120 (when adding/subtracting cents in a money line, treat +100 like you would treat zero in a normal number line). Therefore, Under 9 -130 is better since the sportsbook is only offering you +100 to take Under 9.5." I take it this example was meant to be a situation where you wanted to take the over (instead of the under) and the quoted prices reflect over bets rather than an under bets. Otherwise I'm taking under 9.5EV every time. |

Yes, you are absolutely correct. This is a silly mistake I made. You are the second person to bring this up (the first was via PM). Thanks to both of you. I have sent an email with corrections to Bryan. Hopefully he sees it and inserts the correction.
