The Beach. The Man in the Iron Mask. Both terrible.

But besides those, pretty good resume.

How about Robert Redford? Granted, I haven't seen lots of his movies from the 70's and 80's, but those that I have seen (save for the Horse Whisperer, but lots of people liked it) are good. I'm sure theres some crappy ones in there though.

Aw that's disappointing to hear. I was hoping it would be good. I liked his direction in The Quiz Show. So what was bad about it, the acting or the script?

Script. One reveiwer said: "If you go see this movie, make sure to wear your Sunday best, because you are going to be preached at for two hours."

Also, characters. All of the characters are archetypes; completely flat, every single one of them.

depending on how much you hate the prequels...

edit: I mean, obv Portman has made 3 bad movies, but I think Star Wars is a forgivable mistake, and she'll probably never make a bad movie again
