Default AQ, non-standard and some decisions, 2 part

Villain (UTG) is some random TAG who I've never seen before. No stats. So far this session he hasn't done anything bad and if I had to guess I'd say he's a decent player. I have been 3-betting him quite a lot, and he has been just folding. I think this is the first hand we've played after the flop. I imagine he's irritated by now and I decided to switch it up by calling with AQ. 3rd player seems reasonable and I don't know him either.

Effective stacks $1k

PF: Hero has A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
<font color="red">Villain raises to $35</font>, Hero calls, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (Pot: $110)

BB checks, <font color="red">Villain bets $85</font>, Hero calls, BB folds.

Turn: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (Pot: 280)
Villain Checks, Hero?

OK, so I bet and he cr to 700.

Now wtf is his range like here? I found it so hard to work out what a typical tag would do this with other than a bluff.

It seems really weak to cr a good hand here without the A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] because I will check back pair hands with spades in.
