Not much to do, you dont want the flush draw getting a free card, which is what this looks like, but for that price I think I have to call. This could be donk action for sure.

I thought that was implied, but he was obviously mixing it up this cant be standard for 45off or else he wouldnt be on this forum!

I don't mind raising unsuited connectors on the button a bit. If it was suited I'm raising it 100%. If it's a higher unsuited connector like 9T or QJ I'm raising it about 100%.

One way you can play this hand better is by making Math your friend. If on the Turn you can't trust your read enough to fold to a River club, then bet enough on the Turn to make calling any River card still be +EV.

As played, Villain has close to proper odds to call your Turn bet assuming you call his River push. His immediate + implied odds are ~3.65:1.

You can cut down those odds by betting the Pot on the Turn. That way, even if you always call the River in these situations your play with still be +EV. No decisions necessary.

NLHTAP has a real good section on this topic.

This is fine, although I personally fold this hand preflop.

As played, bet more on turn and fold river. I know the price is good but if you really think about it, we aren't good nearly enough for this call to be break-even.
